God

Life

God is the source of all life. In Him we live, and move, and have our being. (Acts 17.28) God made everything, not by accident, or evolution, but deliberately and completely. In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. (Genesis 1.1) God is everlasting. He has always existed and He will always exist. He is described as Him which is, and which was, and which is to come. (Revelation 1.4) God is the source of everlasting life, which He wants to give to us too.

Light

God is light, and in Him is no darkness at all. (1 John 1.5) God is absolutely perfect. He can do no wrong, or sin. God cannot lie. (Titus 1.2)

Love

God is love. (1 John 4.8) How amazing that the almighty God should love us! But He does! The most evident attribute of God that can be seen in the Bible is His love for us. Because God loves us, He sent His only Son, Jesus Christ, who died so that we might be able to have eternal life, by believing in Him.
